Easy Roast Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe

There’s something special about Lady's Choice's spread between two toasty slices of bread. And whether you’re a chicken or beef lover, it’s hard to not get down with a hearty sandwich. Have you tried the new Lady’s Choice Roast Beef and Chicken BBQ Spread?

I discovered these hidden gems a few weeks ago and have had a constant craving for these two since day one. My daughter loves the Chicken BBQ Spread, and I fell hard for the Roast Beef Spread variant. To be honest, it's really hard to pick a favorite so go by whatever your mood is.

I already shared a bit about it in my last post but today, you are in for more beefy madness or should I say goodness. Making a sandwich seems so easy and simple, doesn’t it? Back in the day we're all contented with just putting mayo or egg on our breads. However, fast forward to today,  those “same old same old” sandwiches and simple "bread-and-spread" combo have been reinvented into tons of versions, way, way more than you can ever think of. That being said, there are so many ways you can enjoy Lady’s Choice Roast Beef and Chicken BBQ Spread.

That is why I've decided to take Maia's baon to the next level. Cue Easy Roast Beef Steak Sandwich. (Imagine her drooling and mouth dropping in utter shock)

I know right! The bread, Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread, melted cheese, tender thinly sliced beef, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, yup… its amazing! Believe me, it is just as good as it sounds and seriously super easy. Best part is, everything is made with love.

I’ve made this a bunch of times over the last 2 weeks and I have been wanting to share this recipe for a while. Here are the ingredients;

  • 300 grams thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread
  • 2 pcs mini baguette or ciabatta, sliced
  • 2-4 pcs tomato slices
  • 2-4 pcs cheese slices
  • 2-4 pcs lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Serves 2.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

To get started, season beef with salt and pepper.

Pan fry with butter in medium-high heat until cooked. Do not overcook.

Spread Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread on sliced side of the bread. I used multi-grain honey oat bread which tastes so much better than the packaged bread, but you can also get the Ciabatta, an oval-shaped flat Italian bread available at many bakeries and supermarkets nationwide.

Not much can make a sandwich better, but of course, I always try and with a dollop of  Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread on earthy-sweet oat bread, I think I hit the jackpot with this one. It makes everything better and brings out the beefiness in this sandwich that will leave you savoring every bite.

Top with roast beef, and arrange on bread with cheese and a healthy dose of  vegetables (think: lettuce and tomatoes). Cover with top halves of bread and serve.

This gently spiced sandwich is a unique and tasty way to serve roast beef. Plus, it's as big, hefty, and as stuffed as you will feel after you finish eating it. So, if you're a meat lover, this recipe would be perfect for Meaty Monday, or you could easily add some fries or chips on the side. But, you should trust me when I say, Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread are super ‘meaty’ because of the real meat bits. It's insanely delicious and super easy to make! You need to try it! No excuses! It has less than 10 ingredients and takes 10 minutes to make which is perfect for your kid's baon in school.

So the next time you're looking to make a scrumptious and flavor-packed snacks in a snap and decide to just make a sandwich, try this speedy recipe. After a taste of this yummy sandwich, you won’t likely be tempted by the takeout or packaged versions again. Upgrade your sandwich with Lady’s Choice Roast Beef Spread. I promise it will be your new favorite sandwich recipe.
