Today, I'm sharing my wellness rituals and my secret for finally getting eight hours of sleep. Yep. Getting enough sleep has never been a talent I possess.
During stressful periods of my life, I find myself tossing and turning. All. Night. Long. *cue music* Sadly, even relaxation music and lullabies didn't work for me. I’m sure I’m not the only person out there to say this: Falling asleep is hard, besh!
