The truth is, sometimes even something really small can ruin your day but instead of resisting them, you have to add more positivity and kindness to your life. It's important to to keep your vibes high and positive whenever something negative like judgment, rant, gossip, or complaining happen around you.
So instead of starting out the week by worrying about the bad things, I'm sharing a few tips on how to spread good vibes, inspired by the messages from Dunkin’ Donuts' Good Vibes stickers.

If you're a worrier, remember that you you are just as deserving of a happy, amazing life as anyone else is. Worrying about so many things is a waste of your time and energy. I know it isn’t easy to do, but worrying, just like happiness, is a CHOICE. We all have a choice and it takes time but we can always choose to be better.
You can either worry or be happy.
You can either spend your life constantly complaining and bitching, or you can choose to feel grateful and inspired about your life.
Oh, and a happy life does not mean having a perfect life. It doesn’t mean that you won’t struggle, or that you won’t experience problems. Treat them as lessons instead of worrying about them.
