Spike Dietary Supplement, the New Brain Booster You Need to Try

I know a thing or two about mental fuzziness. And yes, I have a serious case of a tired and fried mommy brain, plus the fact that I'm bad with pretty much everything: names, faces, birthdays, keys and password. I also had trouble finding the creative part of my brain, which is kind of essential for my job as a blogger.

I've been struggling to focus and concentrate as well, which is why I missed a couple of deadlines last week. Just like the million of people who suffer from scattered and foggy brain due to anxiety, stress, and the daily struggles of being human, it can be tough and scary. But it happens to all, and I can't help but get a little worried about it.

My mom says I came out of the womb with a furrowed brow. Love you, ma! I know she's exaggerating a little. Turns out, she's actually right because I'm a worrier and super forgetful at times. It may be caused by stress, sleep deprivation, hormonal changes or a sign of aging. Now, I'm getting worried about how to stay mentally sharp.

With that in mind, I'm trying to make an effort to do just that. A friend told me that Yoga can help but deep breathing and stretching exercises are not really my thing. Effort, besh! Good thing I've discovered Spike Brain Booster, the latest dietary supplement in the market that will do good for the world and your brain. It is especially formulated to boost mental and physical energy, which contains Neuravena, a patented substance from Frutarom, as its key ingredient. It is naturally-derived from green oat extract and is proven to be safe and effective.

Spike is the latest wellness product from Vida Nutriscience, maker of well known health and beauty brands and the "brain" behind not one, but three billiant products I've tried: Snow Caps, My Slim, and Snow Crystal White.

In the name of science and OC-ness, I did a bit of research about the brain-boosting ingredients that make up Spike Dietary Supplement:

1. Neuravena (400 mg.) is a green oat extract obtained from a unique strain of Avena sativa L. and is recognized for the benefits it brings on cognitive markers. In short, it brings a range of benefits on mental performance, memory, concentration, and alertness. It is scientifically-proven to enhance mental and cognitive function.

2. Magnesium Lactate (100 mg.) is a mineral that occurs naturally. It is beneficial to the cardiovascular, nervous, and digestive systems when taken in conjunction with other vitamins and minerals.

3. Vitamin B3 (Niacin, 16 mg.)
Niacin may improve circulation problems, migraine headache, Meniere’s syndrome (a disorder affecting the inner ear that causes vertigo), and other causes of dizziness.

4. BioPerine (Piper nigrum L., 10 mg.) is a patented substance manufactured by Sabinsa Corporation. BioPerine is obtained from black pepper and is used in vitamin supplements to enhance the absorption of nutrients.

5. AlphaSize 50 WSP (Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline, 10 mg.) is recognized worldwide as an effective source of choline. AlphaSize® A-GPC is considered to be one of the most effective brain nutrients in the world, and is used widely in clinical settings around the world involving memory.

6. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine, 2.0 mg.) is used for the treatment of heart disease, high cholesterol, and the reduction in the blood levels of homocysteine, a chemical that might be linked to heart disease, among other benefits.

7. Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid, 0.40 mg.) helps aid the body in the efficient absorption of nutrients.

8. Vitamin B12 (6 mcg.) helps address memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, to slow aging, and to boost mood, energy, concentration, mental function, and the immune system.

Just in time for my deadline this week, I decided to put Spike Dietary Supplement to the test. With this brain enhancer, I'm basically taking my brain to the gym, to get my neurons constantly up and running. I took one (1) capsule of Spike Dietary Supplement per day, which is the recommended daily dosage for an adult. I noticed that within an hour or two of taking it, I'm thinking faster and sharper and I have better focus and concentration.

Not only does it help enhance the clarity of thinking, but also improves the alertness and even my mood. Surprisingly, I felt more energized, giving me that same jolt as my morning cup of coffee. Actually, it works well enough to make me reconsider my morning and afternoon latte. Sorry, caffeine.

It's like an instant "happy pill" for the brain because I feel more alive, alert, awake and enthusiastic. Alam nyo yun? :) Okay, so that's a song I'm singing with my kids, but Spike really gives me that extra boost of overall mental energy that I need to be more productive and mentally active so I can seize the day like I'm ready for anything. For me, that's way better than just a day spent yawning, staring at the ceiling and barely functioning.

Overall, Spike Dietary Supplement has done wonders for my ability to focus and concentrate. I'm very pleased with the brain-boosting results and will continue to take this product. Given that there's a number of fake dietary supplements in the market right now, it's to be expected that some people will be hesitant to try this. But hey, I've tried it and got zero adverse effects after taking it which is why I'd gladly recommend it to everyone.

So, whether you are looking for a food supplement to enhance your brain's capability to focus or you just want to save your sanity, you might want to consider Spike Dietary Supplement. Please note that this is a dietary supplement with no approved therapeutic claims, and the results may vary from person to person. Also, please take all necessary precautions when taking supplements like this as it may have contraindications like for instance, Spike is not intended for children, lactating and pregnant women.

Spike Dietary Supplement is available at Mercury Drug Store. A box of 30 capsules costs Php990 or Php33 per capsule. To know more about Spike Dietary Supplement, you can follow them on their Facebook and Instagram account @spikebrainbooster.
