Once you’ve signed up, you’ll see all the partner stores that can deliver to your area. They have S&R, Meat Depot, Balai Pandesal, Jipan, and Designer Blooms, to name a few.
You can change your delivery address as much as you wish. Well, it is similar to Grab where you pin your location in the map. So even if your home address is not yet covered by the app, meaning there are no partner grocery store near you, then you can have your items delivered to a nearby place or another address.
If you're an S&R Membership Shopping member, click on “You” at the bottom of the app screen, then click "Your Store Memberships. Add new store membership card and enter your S&R membership details.
If you're not a member, you can start ordering right away. The price on the app is already the members' price, so it's non-members who will be charged an additional 5% non-members fee. Too bad I wasn't able to renew my membership so I was charged a Non-Member Fee of P161+ for my P3k+ order.
Their products are arranged by ‘departments’ so it’s super easy to browse. The prices and size/weight are also displayed for each product. Just search for the product if you can't find the items you need in the list.
Once you’re done shopping, click the Check out button. Then select “Apply one of Your Rewards” to get your P500 off, and check out. You’ll pay a minimal concierge fee which isn’t bad considering the convenience and time you'll save. Plus, you will surely save other expenses like gas, parking fee and other unnecessary purchases during grocery shopping. When I do grocery shopping, I would always end up shopping for items I don't need then buying milk tea and dining in my fave restaurant after shopping. That, my friend, is additional cost! And since this is my first time to order, I got Php500 off my original bill. Delivery fee will be waived if you reach the Php2,500 threshold.
Make sure to input your correct delivery address, mobile number (where your shopper will contact you in case there are items for replacement) and mode of payment. You can pay using a credit card or you can choose to pay COD (Cash On Delivery).
Select a time and day when you want your groceries to be delivered and just wait for your groceries to arrive! It's such a mama-friendly app and it's perfect for busy (and tired) moms like me. I was able to finish my grocery shopping in less than 20 minutes and my groceries arrived as scheduled.
