Just recently, Philippine Red Cross Pasay City Chapter has officially launched its Fun Run dubbed as "Run for Humanity" with a theme "Pagprotekta sa mamamayan sa panahon ng digmaan, sama-sama nating pagtulungan" in celebration of the 69th International Humanitarian Law Day to be held on August 12, 2018 at Liwasang Ulalim, Cultural Center of the Philippines, Pedro BuKaneg St. , Pasay City.
I've always wanted to be trained on basic life support and first aid, and be equipped with the basic knowledge that I can use to save lives. That's why I'm so glad I learned a lot from the demo of Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support, plus we had a taste of the burger and chicken wings at Jomaro's Cafe! Best burger and chicken wings, besh!
It will cover 3-kilometer, 5-kilometer and 10-kilometer run. It aims to promote and intensify information and public awareness on International Humanitarian Law and the Executive Order No. 134 declaring August 12, 1999 and every 12th day of August thereafter as International Humanitarian Law Day.
This event will be targeting 3,000 runners from Government and Non-Government Agencies, Public and Private schools, Community, Running Clubs and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

There will be two (2) types of registration fee. For Regular Runners and for Students Rate. Upon registration, you will receive the following: Drifit Shirt, Race Bib (Green-3K, Red-5K, Blue- 10K), Water Pouch, Whistle with flashlight, and Drawstring bag.
