4 Ways to Look Good and Feel Great

It's #SelfLoveSunday! 😊  Now the question is...

What do you love about yourself?

Such a simple question but it's surprisingly hard to answer. In a world that's constantly telling you that you're not good enough, ang hirap sagutin, besh! 😣

It made me think today. I guess I love how I've mastered the art of not giving a f√*! Lol 😆 I used to hate how I look in the mirror but I'm glad I've learned to love myself more.

Here, 4 ways on how to love ourselves a little more.
1. Learn to love who you are now. The past is over. Let it goooo. -said Elsa

If the person staring back at you in the mirror seems like a wasted, weathered, and more haggard-looking version of yourself, don’t panic. While you can’t turn back time and you can't be forever young, you can make some lifestyle tweaks that can have you feeling and looking great, from the inside out.

2. Surround yourself  with positivity. Let's focus on the good. (It's there.)

Self love includes surrounding myself with people that lift me up. The moment I stepped away from the mirror and stop obsessing about what other people say, I started to see myself the way my kids (or my family & friends) see me, which is not by my looks but by how I am as a person. I know life can be so much fun if we stop obsessing over "negatrons" (see also: destructively negative and hateful people) because they really don't define us or who we are as a person AT ALL. I spent so many years seeing what a lack of  ➕ (confidence and positivity) did to my life (hint: nothing) That said, "Keber" is my word for 2018.😂  ❤

On the real real, so much of what we see online are perfect photos of seemingly perfect lives and that, my friend, is an easy to way to feel like we're failing. BUT then again, life isn't perfect. So just keep calm and stay positive in this big, bad crazy world. 😝 The more we accept ourselves, the more we can heal our insecurities and show up to the world with love. What could be better?

3. Love your body.

Yasss, your body deserves your love too! That's why I'm trying my best to eat healthy and work out. I try to rest when I need it. Doing so makes me a better mom to my kids. See the problem was, it was never EVER a priority for me to put myself first. I felt as though it was selfish to take away from the time I have with my family (which so many of us use as an excuse) but there is always a way. Always.❤

4. That being said, it's okay to put yourself first.

This picture represents so much more to me than just a mom in a bikini and ripped shorts. It represents a body that takes care of her two kids, and a body that works hard for her family. It's confidence (not in a conceited way) that I never knew I could have, it's SELF LOVE. It's realizing that if I don't take care of myself, I will have nothing left to give to those that I love. 😊  Putting yourself first is not selfish. It's time we all learn to start loving ourselves more because no one can ever truly make you #lookgoodfeelgreat

I know exactly what it feels like to look for joy and love in other people, BUT your greatest love story will always be with yourself. ❤

That's what this video (http://bit.ly/WatsonsPH ) made me realize today. Watch this too, and share with me what you love about yourselves.
