I love the ambiance and the homey yet modern French garden themed interior. I also love how it provides a customizable, fresh and healthy dining experience for celebrating special occasions, or for when you simply want to enjoy a top-notch meal.
Also, there's a private room that can hold up to 12 people. In said rooms, each guest will have his/ her own hotpot.
There's a single hotpot provided to guests per table. Each one is divided into two that you can fill up and you can bring out the chef in you and experiment in endless hotpot combinations with variety of soup base to choose from such as Pork, Chicken, Chinese, Fish, Sinigang, Sukiyaki, Saté, Haidilao Pickled Vegetable, Haidilao Mushroom Paste and Haidilao Mala Paste.
They put the broth on the heating plate before you and you boil your food to perfection. Personally, I suggest the sinigang (mixed with tomato paste) and pork broths.
Vegetarians or healthy eaters will find their piece of heaven at the Vegetable station, which feels like a higher-end market where you can roam around and pick different food and ingredients to mix in. You can choose from over 300 fresh and healthy ingredients at this station! Fresh and crisp leafy greens, assorted mushrooms, and a whole lot more!
Meat lovers will go crazy over the wide selection of meat (pork, beef, chicken and lamb) prepared by the chefs at the Meat Station.
Seafood lovers will definitely with their haven at the Seafood Station where varieties of seafood choices are available from fish, prawns, squid, octopus, clams and many more.
Of course, dads will love the Bar Station where unlimited ready-made mixed juices, teas, fruit shake, soda, coffee and draft beer are served. Must try: Mix Sake with iced tea. Thank me later.
There’s Twinings tea and coffee, plus my favorite milk tea with pearl.
Chang beer, which is imported from Thailand, is available during dinner.
The dessert station offers many must-tries like the revel bar, halo-halo, crepes, chocolate fondue, and native delicacies like sapin-sapin, bibingka and puto bumbong.
Big Scoop ice cream flavors are there as well, with lots of toppings to choose from.

I'm turning 36 next month and we will celebrate my birthday at Four Seasons Hotpot at MOA. I hope the food at MOA branch is as good as the Manhattan Parkview branch because it seems to me that you enjoyed the food there. I don't know what happened to Vikings MOA. Last March, my family loved the food that we had on my niece's birthday celebration there. Since it was a great gastronomic experience, we went back last week to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They don't refill the foods as often as needed. The dishes served doesn't taste like it had been last March. We came before the opening and we were among the first few people to come inside but the ever so popular Binusog na Lechon's skin is not crunchy anymore. We can't leave because my daughter was waiting for her birthday song but the singers hasn't come yet. They skipped our table and hopped to different areas of the reastaurant. I really hope Four Seasons is better. I'm gonna try Ensogo too! I might find a great deal! Thanks Ms. Chelle!
