Shopping at Massimo Bonini: Top Picks for Fall/Winter 2014 Collection

Shopping can sometimes be a bit of a pain when you're in a crowded mall with swarms of shoppers and long queues. It can also get a little tedious and stressful when every store starts looking the same and you cringe when you walk past other girls in a mall wearing the same thing. Que horror!

For something a little different, check out Massimo Bonini at the Shangri-La Plaza where high-end shoppers find the best brands, including a myriad of luxury designer footwear, bags and accessories like Versace, Roberto Cavalli, McQ, Giambattista Valli, Azzura Gronchi, BB Washed, Campanille, Ernesto Esposito by Ernesto Esposito, ETRO, Gedebe, Henderson, Kalliste, Kartell, N21, Sebastian, and Stephen Venezia.

In an atmosphere inspired by Venice, the Philippine showroom at the Shangri-La Plaza East Wing. was the venue for Masimo Bonini’s presentation of its Fall/Winter 2014 collection.

Journalists, bloggers and celebs from the world of fashion got together for a spectacular event that ended with some retail therapy aka shopping spree.

Massimo Bonini, the Italian 20-year old retail luxury multi-brand concept, announced that the cornerstone of new arrivals in store is the Versace collection that celebrates individuality and freedom. In the words of Donatella Versace, The Versace Fall Winter 2014 collection draws its inspiration in allowing the wearer to be whoever they want to be. For this season, the Versace woman is sensual, feminine, provocative and proud; while the men are free, liberated, provocative and unafraid.

I had a quick peek through what the store had to offer and chose my top picks for Fall/Winter 2014.

Other brands that are first to arrive for Fall/Winter 2014 are: women's footwear by Ernesto Esposito, men's and women's collections by Etro, women's bags by much sought after Design Inverso and Azzura Gronchi as well as men's and women's footwear and bags by MSGM and the much awaited men's footwear collection by BB Washed, Henderson, Campanile and J. Holbens.

After the success of the luxury multi-brand stores in Hong Kong and Singapore, Massimo Bonini kept on its expansion in the Far-East by opening a new store in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta located inside the Galeries Lafayette.

Last November 2013, Massimo Bonini finally landed on Philippine shores with the opening of its first ever boutique at the Mid Level of the Shangri-la Plaza East Wing - a temple of luxury: a design-oriented and sophisticated location for customers able to appreciate refinements, dynamism and innovation.
