SM Prime Opens New Retail Stores at The Strip at Sea Residences

I attended the blessing of SMDC’s Sea Residences last July 25, 2014 where it has expanded its leasing portfolio with the opening of a new retail area called The Strip at Sea Residences.

 I was glad to be one of the first to see one of property giant SMDC’s Prime developments that offers a variety of commercial and retail stores that can accommodate the basic household needs of the residents.

Located at the heart of the Mall of Asia Complex, The Strip at Sea Residences opened its doors to the public. This third strip mall by SM Development Corporation follows The Strip at Mezza in Quezon City and The Strip at Wind Residences in Tagaytay.

This new retail mix adds to the 5- star condo living of the residents as the shops offer a variety of services, food and specialty concepts.

Aiming to provide residents and nearby offices with easy access to everything that they will need, they no longer have to go too far away to run errands or get pampered as establishments like Get Polished, Laundrybest, Aquabest, LBC, The Concierge and a 24-hr spa, Nuat Thai Foot and Body Massage, are now open to serve them.

For quick refreshments and snacks, Infinitea which specializes in healthy tea beverages is now available. Finally, a neighborhood bakeshop by the San Miguel Corp. called Kambal Pandesal now serves pastries and freshly made bread as early as 7:00 am.

More excitement awaits the customers as Filscoffee Culture Café, Three Sisters Restaurant, Ministop and Dentacare will soon open at The Strip at Sea Residences.
