My Happy Mommy Experience with Lotte Xylitol

Mom, Nanay, Momma, Mommy, Mama, Inay, Inang, Nanay, Mudra.. the many names of the first love we ever experienced. I'm so glad there's a day to celebrate and pay tribute for moms, the birth canal of human existence and rock of ages! Moms who endured 9 months of pain and put their child's needs over & above their own.

By any name, moms remain the "ilaw ng tahanan" (light of the home), and sometimes they even become the "haligi, kisame at alulod ng tahanan." :) Being a full-time mom is one of the highest salaried jobs in my field, since the payment is pure love. It's priceless. It has to be one of the hardest jobs in the world and moms deserve more than just one day in a year ( yes?) and we deserve the highest of fives. :)

Mother’s Day is all about making mothers out there feel very special. That is why Lotte Xylitol, the country’s leading dental health gum, and Working Mom magazine and Lifestyle Network, made Mother’s Day 2012 even special with the “Happy Mommy” event. Lotte Xylitol shared one happy day to moms, the women behind every child's smile.

The Happy Mommy event was held yesterday at TriNoMa Mall along North Avenue and EDSA in Quezon City, the activity focused on giving the dear mommies out there a greater reason to celebrate the day that gives importance to their role as the stabilizer, caretaker and light of the home, together with Lotte Xylitol that helps us keep our teeth healthy and strong.

During the event, Lotte Xylitol provides Moms out there the opportunity to have their teeth checked by dental health care professionals. Through a dentist consultation session, Mommies were asked to fill up a “risk assessment” form. This form was of great assistance to the dentists in determining a Mom’s dental health state and in the whole consultation process to give a more accurate and detailed information and help Mommies protect their teeth and keep that toothy white smile.

The “Happy Mommy” event is also the venue for the soft launch of Lotte Xylitol’s Facebook fan page. By simply clicking the “LIKE” at their fan page, mommies received freebies like Lotte Xylitol blister packs. Or, got free photo opportunities at the Lotte Xylitol photo booth. All photos taken for the entire day were  uploaded to the Lotte Xylitol Facebook page.

And the best part of it is after the event, a contest will be held to choose the best smile among the photos of Mommies or Mommies with their kids. The photos with the best smile wins a special prize from Lotte Xylitol.

Other Lotte Xylitol activities during “Happy Mommy” include the popular “pachinko” game, plus other booth activities for the kids or the kids with their Mom and Dads, too!

After the event, my babycakes begged for more fun at Active Fun! Yeah, she's unstoppable!  

Also, there were activities happening on the main stage, which includes a special appearance of the Lotte Xylitol mascot. 

I also enjoyed the free pampering services while my princess felt like royalty with her pretty glitter tats and nail art.

Oh and I also received a ginormous, sweet Mother's Day treat from Chicco! A huge, huggable pillow! It is now the fave pillow of my darling girl Maia! :) She couldn't sleep unless her legs are wrapped around this pillow. :) The softness of cotton and huggable feel together for the first time in one pillow... Loved it! 

Aside from the TriNoMa, the “Happy Mommy” event also happened simultaneously in 5 other areas such as Glorietta 5, Bonifacio High Street, Market!Market!, Alabang Town Center and at the Marquee Mall.
