Asian Secrets Whitening Spa Review

Indeed, the crazy, rainy weather really takes its toll on your skin and boy has it taken a toll on mine! When a bad stress-acquired skin dryness added to my misery and the bad weather, I knew there was only one place I wanted to be - the spa! Good thing I had a well deserved pampering treat at Asian Secrets Whitening Spa, located at the 5th level of The Block, SM City North Edsa,

I tried out their best-selling whitening treatment, Javanese Vitality Ritual, which is a 150-minute ritual with Lulur Whitening Body Scrub followed by a relaxing warm shower and capped with a Stress Melting Massage +  Brightening Facials combo that was pure bliss.

Imagine THIS...

In the middle of the concrete jungle, is this serene oasis and you feel like you're at a mountain somewhere with music and sounds of nature that's so relaxing. It's the ideal oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

I guess I should also say something about the staff and all- they have a nice little waiting area, friendly receptionist, and the place inside has such a zen vibe. The location is quite accessible and the atmosphere was so relaxing, I almost drifted off to sleep!

For the body scrub, they use Asian Secrets Lulur Body Scrub. I love these products because I've been using them for a long time already and I can say that they're really effective. Asian Secrets Lulur Body Scrub comes in 3 variants;

-Green Tea and Vitamin E
-Licorice and Mulberry
-Seaweed and Vitamin E

Javanese Vitality Ritual flushes away harmful toxins from the skin with Asian Secrets signature whitening massage combined with Bali Detox Green Tea Body Scrub.

First off, my whole body was covered in Bali Detox Green Tea Body Scrub. I love the feel of the lulur beads for that gentle exfoliation. Also, I love the scent and the feeling of freshness and cleanliness it left on my skin. Once the scrub was done, I rinsed off at the shower area. The difference in my skin was noticeable immediately but before I was able to revel in my new-found baby soft skin, I was lathered up with a relaxing massage oil and deftly massaged, followed by the Brightening Facials.

So as far as the massage went, my masseuse was so friendly that any awkwardness I might have felt about getting a full body rubdown instantly went out the window. She also offered a warm water after the massage.  I was also encouraged to have a quick warm shower to flush out any toxins which I happily did.

As soon as the whole pampering sesh was complete, I rushed to the mirror to check out if it had made any difference and was pleasantly surprised to find my skin looking significantly less dull and more moisturized than before. The body scrub helps remove dullness and my skin felt smoother. I felt like I was rejuvenated from head to toe.

Overall, I absolutely love the luxurious and calming spa experience at Asian Secrets Whitening Spa. Wish I lived closer so I'd be a frequent visitor! I doubt I'll be coming back any time soon since it's pretty far from my place but if I'm ever in need of another luxurious pampering sesh, I'd gladly return.

So guys, if you need to indulge and have a relaxing massage or simply want the "puting prinsesa" glow to be restored to your face and body, try the whitening products and treatments at Asian Secrets Whitening Spa.

  1. May spa na pala ang Asian Secrets? Interesting! I am sure this will be a big hit too just like how popular their body scrubs were.
